Seeds & Pulses
Since the establishment of Cereal & General Products Limited in 1935 and its acquisition by Kiril Mischeff in 1974, there has been trading in a variety of dried beans, seeds and pulses.
In the early years C & G specialised in Pea Beans, sometimes called navy beans, destined for the production of canned baked beans. Subsequent trading included Red Kidney, Lima, Black Eye and other varieties.
The acquisition of R Simon & Co Ltd in 1982 added Lentils, Chick Peas and Bird Food trading to the product portfolio.
The company now offers a range of pre-cooked pulses and grains in both retail and food service pack formats.
