Retaining the colour, flavour and nutritional value of the apple, it’s ideal for for use in smoothies, juices, bakery products, breakfast bars and baby food among many other applications.

How is apple puree made?
Apple puree is made by removing the peel, pips and core from the apple, then applying gentle heat treatment to the fruit. With the apple broken down, it’s then sieved for a perfectly smooth final product.
