An ideal ingredient for juice and smoothie manufacturers, it is made by removing a significant proportion of the fruit’s water content to create a condensed, concentrated product much smaller in volume than a regular NFC juice.
The concentrate can then be transported and stored more easily and cost-effectively, before it is brought back to regular strength by mixing with water.
Despite the additional processing compared to an NFC or cold-pressed juice, blueberry concentrate still retains much of the berry’s nutritional goodness – along with its distinct sweet flavour.

On the other hand, NFC blueberry juice is produced without any water removal, resulting in a less processed, natural juice. It has a shorter shelf life and takes up slightly more volume in terms of storage, but it is ready to use as soon as it arrives with you!
Many people assume that concentrate juice is less healthy than NFC juice, but the truth is that they both manage to retain similar nutritional values. NFC juice is just slightly less processed as it is not heated up to remove the water.
