What is broccoli puree?

A largely unprocessed product, broccoli puree is a thick, smooth paste that offers great flexibility to food and drink manufacturers. Thanks to the minimal processing, it retains all the vegetable’s natural flavour and vibrant colour, and crucially also maintains a rich nutritional profile.
