Broccoli Puree
Broccoli puree is available from Kiril Mischeff at 6° Brix.
Nutrient dense and rich in vitamin C, it adds great nutrition to a wide range of food and drink products – from ready meals and snacks to healthy juices and smoothies. It’s also a popular ingredient in baby food.
What is broccoli puree?
A largely unprocessed product, broccoli puree is a thick, smooth paste that offers great flexibility to food and drink manufacturers. Thanks to the minimal processing, it retains all the vegetable’s natural flavour and vibrant colour, and crucially also maintains a rich nutritional profile.
