Sourced from growers and producers in Spain, our high-quality clementine concentrate is made by heating the clementine juice to remove a proportion of the water content – leaving a condensed solution six times the strength of a juice.
The clementine concentrate can later be returned to its single strength state by re-adding the water at the final processing destination.
Why choose clementine concentrate?
Simple to move in higher volumes, clementine concentrate can be a cost-effective way to capture the delicious taste of sun-soaked clementines. And, despite the additional processing, much of the nutritional benefits of the fruit remains intact.

FAQ
Where to buy clementine juice concentrate in bulk?
Kiril Mischeff are proud to be leading suppliers of wholesale fruit concentrates to the UK food and drinks manufacturing industry.
Clementine concentrate is a great product to buy in bulk, because it is easy to move around and store in large quantities. Given that the water has been removed from the juice when you receive it, it takes up a far smaller volume than an NFC juice. All you have to do is simply bring it back to strength by adding water during the production of your end product.
Our clementine juice concentrate is available in a variety of formats to best suit your business needs, be it industrial, foodservice or retail.
What is the difference between concentrate and not from concentrate clementine juice?
For concentrated juice we simply peel the fruit and remove the pips, then the flesh is pressed and juiced. This juice is then heated, so that the water evaporates leaving all the sweet, citrussy flavour behind. This results in a highly concentrated solution, which is much stronger than a regular juice and has the potential for a longer shelf life.
In comparison, NFC juices are often less processed with a shorter shelf life. It is a common misconception that NFC juice is healthier than concentrate juice, but this is not true unless any sugar or preservatives have been added. If you are looking for a more natural option for a health-oriented product, please see our NFC clementine juice.
What is clementine juice concentrate used for?
Clementines are very similar to oranges, but they are slightly less acidic and are renowned for their super sweet taste. For this reason, NFC clementine juice is a common ingredient in juices and smoothies for fruity flavour and a hit of antioxidants, fibre and vitamins.
It can also be a great addition to a variety of other products in the food manufacturing industry, such as desserts, ice creams, sorbets, salad dressings and some savoury dishes.
Is clementine juice concentrate healthy?
Whilst it is true that clementine concentrate is more processed than NFC clementine juice, it is a common misconception that it isn’t healthy! It still manages to retain much of the nutritional value from the fresh fruit.
Clementines are bursting with vitamin C and antioxidants. In fact, just one clementine accounts for over 40% of your recommended daily vitamin C intake! Clementine juice is perfect for boosting your immune system and retaining great skin and hair health. This juice concentrate is also great for products needing to contain ‘real fruit’.
