Deionised Apple

Commonly used as natural sweetener, deionised apple is a popular ingredient for food and drink manufacturers’ declaration – and without adding any flavour at all.

Available from Kiril Mischeff at 70° Brix, it can be used as a sugar alternative with clean label

It is made by heating apple juice concentrate at high temperature, before the solution is filtered through resins to strip all colour, flavour and aroma.

  • 25kg bag in box (aseptic)
  • Drum 250kg
  • Individual Bulk Container (1000kg)
