Elderberry concentrate is widely used in food and drink manufacturing as a colourant. With a high concentration of pigments in the elderberry, it’s a natural and nutritious way to bring red to purple colour to a wide range of products.
Elderberry concentrate also makes a more prominent ingredient in jams, sauces, syrups and liqueurs. It’s available from Kiril Mischeff at 65° Brix.
