Black, white and red quinoa varieties are all available from Kiril Mischeff’s Bakery Division, and can be supplied in a range of formats to meet your requirements. We also offer the option of bespoke seed and grain blends.

Of the different quinoa varieties, white quinoa is the most common, with the most delicate taste and lightest texture. Red quinoa has a stronger, nuttier flavour, while black quinoa is more fibrous and crunchier when cooked.
