Predominantly grown in Ethiopia, teff is a small, fine grain that can either be cooked whole or ground into flour for gluten-free baking.

High in protein, calcium and iron, teff is a nutritionally rich grain with an excellent profile of amino acids – making it an ideal alternative to quinoa or amaranth in the manufacture of healthy ready meals, salads and wholesome snacks.

As a flour, it can be used to create wheat-free breads, biscuits and pastry.
