A popular condiment made from the hot and peppery root vegetable, horseradish sauce is best known in the UK for its association with roast beef – but it’s also a delicious ingredient in a wide range of sandwiches, salads and sauces.
It’s made by peeling and grating fresh horseradish, then combining with cream.
