What nutritional benefits does IQF papaya provide?

Does IQF papaya have to be cooked before eating?
No, IQF papaya does not need to be cooked before eating. It can be used straight from the freezer or thawed and used in a wide range of culinary applications. If you need to, it should be thawed slowly in a fridge overnight or at room temperature for approximately 30 minutes before using. You can store the thawed product for up to five days in a fridge.
