How do I prepare IQF rhubarb for use?
Since IQF rhubarb has already been pre-processed and quickly frozen, there is no need to thaw or cook it before using in recipes. Simply rinse with cold water until defrosted and use as required. IQF rhubarb has a long shelf life when frozen and should be used within 24 hours of opening the packaging. It should also be stored at minus 18°C or colder to maintain its quality and nutrition.
