Measured in Fold rather than Brix, kiwi aroma is typically available from Kiril Mischeff at 150 fold.

How is kiwi fruit aroma made?
When kiwi fruit juice concentrate is made, vapours are released from the juice as it is heated. These vapours are collected as they rise and then returned to liquid, resulting in entirely natural kiwi fruit aroma.
The kiwi aroma itself is then concentrated, to intensify the strength of the scent.
