What is mandarin juice concentrate?
Mandarin concentrate is mandarin juice which has been heated to evaporate off a proportion of the fruits water content. Condensed in volume (and therefore easier to transport cost effectively), its around six times the strength of a regular juice.
Once the mandarin concentrate reaches its final processing point, it can then be reconstituted with water to return it to normal strength juice.
