Made here in the UK, our NFC cherry juice is a natural and great-tasting ingredient for food and drink manufacturers. Undergoing very little processing (just pasteurisation to ensure longer lasting freshness), it retains all of the fruit’s delicious fresh flavour as well as its nutritional profile.
NFC cherry juice is available from Kiril Mischeff at 65° Brix, and can be supplied aseptic as a 20kg bag in box.
What is NFC cherry juice?
NFC cherry juice is a natural product, made simply by pressing the cherries then applying a gentle heat treatment to control the microbiological load. It’s ideal for use in juices and smoothies, with a distinctly sweet flavour and aroma.

Is NFC cherry juice good for you?

What is Brix in cherry juice?
Brix is a way to measure the sugar content of a fruit juice or puree. For example, a juice with 1° Brix has one gram of sugar per 100 grams.
Therefore, we use Brix as an indication of sugar levels, and how sweet the product might taste. At Kiril Mischeff, we supply NFC cherry juice to the food and drinks manufacturing industry at 12-13° Brix.
