In SeasonSourced from seasoned lime growers in South America, our not-from-concentrate lime juice is deliciously zesty and packed with natural fresh flavour.
Its made with the popular key lime variety from Peru and Mexico, and can be supplied either as a clear or cloudy juice for use in a wide range of food and drink applications.
Varieties range between 7° and 8° Brix, and are held as a stock item to help fulfil even the most immediate of requirements.

What is NFC lime juice?
A wholly natural product with minimal processing, not from concentrate lime juice is made simply by pressing the ripe limes and then lightly pasteurising the juice for purposes of preservation.
Nothing is added or taken away, ensuring the juice reaches you with all the fresh flavours, aromas and nutritional value of the limes still intact.

This NFC juice is free of both additives and preservatives and is naturally produced by simply pressing, juicing and lightly pasteurising the lime pulp in order to control the microbiological
load. This means it reaches you ready to use and bursting with natural, zingy flavour, whilst retaining virtually all the nutritional value of the fresh lime. This makes for a flavoursome juice with a great nutritional profile that is ideal for food and beverage manufacturers.
At Kiril Mischeff we offer both cloudy and clear lime juice varieties. Cloudy lime juice has a slightly more opaque appearance, as there are pulp particles in suspension within the juice. This means that the cloudy option contains slightly more fibre too.
We offer cloudy NFC lime juice and clear NFC lime juice ranging between 42° and 45° Brix. From 19kg frozen pails to 25kg bags to 250kg drums, our NFC lime juice is available in a wide variety of formats to best suit your business needs.
