What is NFC pineapple juice?
Pineapple juice is a versatile ingredient for food and drink manufacturers, who can use it to create juice drinks, smoothies, ice creams, baked goods and more. NFC stands for not from concentrate which means that the juice is made directly from the fresh fruit without any processing that involves concentration, reconstitution or the addition of water, sugar or preservatives. Our NFC pineapple juice has been pasteurised lightly to control the microbiological content and extend its shelf life. NFC pineapple juice is different from pineapple juice concentrate, which is made by evaporating most of the water and then adding it back later.
