Passion Fruit Juice Concentrate
Vibrant in colour and refreshingly tropical to the taste, passionfruit concentrate is available from Kiril Mischeff at between 50° and 65° Brix.
It’s made using ripe, carefully selected fruits grown in Ecuador, and can be supplied in a choice of formats to suit your needs.
What is passion fruit concentrate?
Passion fruit concentrate is made by heating passionfruit juice to evaporate much of the fruit’s water content.
More cost-effective to transport than NFC juice due to the smaller volume, the concentrate can later be reconstituted with water at the final processing point, to bring it back to regular strength.
Our passionfruit frozen concentrate can be used in baked goods such as pies and cakes, plus sauces, ice creams and smoothies. It also blends well with other tropical and citrus juices.
