How is peach aroma made?
During the process that makes peach concentrate, vapours rise from the juice as it is heated. These vapours are captured as steam and then returned to liquid, resulting in peach aroma.
The peach aroma itself is then concentrated, to intensify the strength of the scent and flavour.
