Our high-quality peach concentrate is made by heating the peach juice to evaporate off a proportion of the peach’s water content – leaving a condensed solution roughly six times stronger than a regular juice.

The peach concentrate can later be returned to its single strength state by re-adding the water at the final processing point.

Why choose peach concentrate?

Simple to move in higher volumes, peach concentrate can be a cost-effective way for drinks manufacturers to capture the delicious sweet taste, colour and aroma of ripe peaches – and, despite the additional processing, much of the nutritional benefits of the fruit remains intact too.

FAQs

How is Peach Juice Concentrate made?

Peach juice concentrate is a concentrated form of natural peach juice, made from fresh, pressed peaches. It has a sweet flavour that adds depth and complexity to drinks, desserts, sauces and more. The concentrating process removes excess water from the liquid, resulting in a thick syrup-like consistency.

What are the benefits of using peach juice concentrate?

Peach juice concentrate from Kiril Mischeff has a range of benefits, from adding flavour to drinks and desserts, to providing essential vitamins and minerals such as Vitamin A, C, and E. It is also 100% natural and free from preservatives, and it is 100% gluten-free and suitable for all dietary requirements. The concentrate has a shelf life of up to one year when stored correctly in a cool, dry place.

What are the ways to use peach juice concentrate?

Peach juice concentrate can be used in a variety of ways – along with adding it to drinks, baking and desserts, it also makes sauces and glazes. It can be sweetened by adding a small amount of sugar or honey before use or blended with other juices such as apple or orange juice to sweeten its flavour. As a concentrate, it can be frozen for up to six months.
