Our pilchards are available in a choice of brine or tomato sauce, and can be supplied in 155g or 400g cans (as packs of 12).
Pilchards are effectively the same as sardines, but are larger in size. A sardine is less than 15cm in length, whereas pilchards are over 15cm.
Both offer excellent nutritional properties, particularly high in protein and omega-3 fatty acids.
