Offering both quality and convenience to food manufacturers, Kiril Mischeff provides an excellent range of pre-cooked, ready-to-eat mushrooms, gently pasteurised in their own juice.
The unique manufacturing process ensures mushrooms with firm texture, good ‘bite’, low levels of water loss and two years’ shelf life.
Our pre-cooked mushrooms are available sliced or whole, with a cap size from 32mm to 50mm. They are supplied ambient in pouches, with a choice of pack sizes available – 2.5kg, 3.6kg and 6kg.
