Prune puree is available from Kiril Mischeff at 18° Brix.
A natural, largely unprocessed product, it offers great versatility to food and drink manufacturers, bringing well-balanced sweet and sharp prune notes to a wide range of applications, including baby food.
With prunes high in vitamin A and a number of other vital nutrients, our prune puree is also excellent for adding a positive nutritional profile to your finished product.
What is prune puree?
Prune puree is a thick, smooth product made firstly by heating the fruit to break it down, then passing through a fine sieve.
It reaches you ready to use, and with all the fresh flavour, rich colour and nutritional benefits of the fruit still intact.
