About our quince concentrate
Quince concentrate is made by heating the fruit in order to evaporate a significant proportion of the liquid. This leaves a thick, condensed solution, around six times the strength of a regular juice.
The concentrate can be used in this strengthed state, or the water can be re-added at the final processing point to bring it back to a juice.
Despite the additional processing, quince concentrate maintains all its fresh flavour, and delivers much of the nutritional goodness found in the raw fruit. Quince is known to offer a wide range of nutritional benefits, packed with high levels of dietary fibre, antioxidants and vitamins (particularly high in vitamin C).
