Smashed Avocado
Kiril Mischeff are able to offer Smashed Avocado either using a standard recipe or a bespoke custom recipe if the customer would prefer.
We have two standard recipes, one with a hint of lime and the other with chilli, both of which are just simply crushed avocado combined with a hint of the required seasoning/flavours. But subject to MOQ we can produce to any customer requirement.
What is smashed avocado?
The smashed avocado is produced and HPP (High Pressure Processing) treated in the UK; this is an all-natural way of preserving the smashed avocado without the need for preservatives and additives. It also gives the product a 28 day chilled shelf-life after defrosting, which is much longer than shelf-life for other products you may see on the market.
