How is strawberry puree made?
To make strawberry puree, our fresh British strawberries are gently heated until they break down, before the reduced fruit is then passed through a fine sieve for a wonderfully smooth end product.
With such little processing, the puree retains the natural colour, flavour and nutritional value of the strawberry – which is notably high in antioxidants and dietary fibre.
