It’s typically available at 8° Brix, and can be supplied either aseptic or frozen.
About our swede puree
Produced and sourced in Spain, our swede puree is simply made to retain maximum natural goodness. Indeed, thanks to our investment in the latest aseptic technology, we are able to produce swede purees which preserve all the natural flavour, colour and nutritional value of the vegetable.
To make our puree, we wash and peel the swede, gently heat it to break down insoluble fibres, then pass it through a fine sieve for a perfectly smooth final product.
This makes it ideal for drinks, sauces, soups and baby food products, adding natural sweetness thanks to the swede’s naturally occurring sugars.
