Produced with tomatoes grown and processed in Greece, Spain, Portugal and Italy, our passata is simply made from pureed, sieved tomatoes with the skin and seeds removed.
It can be supplied as natural 6/8° Brix, or slightly concentrated to 8/10° or 10/12° Brix for a thicker consistency and more concentrated flavour.
