We are well known for our apple purees and mango purees, and also offer our own British berry purees, made from fruit picked and processed at our own facility in Scotland.

From the tropical to the traditional, we also supply a vast array of other fruit purees, sourced from fruit puree suppliers and processors around the world. Our close relationship with these suppliers ensures full transparency to our customers, with products traceable all the way from field to fork.

Our global partnerships also mean we can often provide fruit purees with a choice of origins. For instance, we have a number of fruit puree suppliers across Europe who specialise in apple puree, and can therefore find the perfect product to meet your specification.

Our British berry purees

Kiril Mischeff owns its own fruit puree processing site in Blairgowrie, Scotland, where we have become the largest processor of soft fruit in the UK.

It’s here we create our own British berry purees, made from Scottish fruits grown locally near the Valley of Strathmore – the centre of Scottish soft fruit farming.

We offer strawberry puree, raspberry puree and blueberry puree (among others) all with British provenance, with named single varieties available. We also have the facility to produce cold-pressed juices here, and to process IQF fruits too.
