Over the past few years the Gluten Free market has experienced huge growth. It has been our aim to be at the forefront of the GF industry and are now proud to represent a brilliant range of Gluten Free products.

We now have over 30 recipes of products that could be used in the retail market some of which include scones, brownies, cookies, breadcrumbs, apple crumble & even a short crust pastry that is pliable and of course cakes and cupcakes, the niche/ seasonal items is like Christmas cake, pumpkin pie, mince pies, nana bread & pea or red lentil pasta.
