IQF aubergine is an ideal ingredient for food manufacturers requiring identifiable aubergine pieces in their final product.
Diced to either 10x10mm or 20x20mm, our IQF aubergine is quick-frozen at ultra-low temperatures in order to keep it free-flowing, individual and free of ice crystals.
The rapid freezing process helps our aubergines retain all their natural colours, flavours and aromas, and also maintains their nutritional value even after defrosting.
