How is NFC cranberry juice made?
The cranberries are first harvested by flooding the fields – cranberries have a small pocket of air which allows them to rise above the water line, allowing for easy picking. They are then juiced, before the juice is lightly pasteurised for a longer shelf life.
A wholly natural product, this is the only processing NFC cranberry juice receives – ensuring it reaches you full of fresh, natural flavour, with a great nutrition profile.

What is cranberry juice good for?
Cranberries are a very popular type of berry and even considered as a superfood. Eaten raw, they have a rather sour sharp flavour, so they are instead enjoyed juiced or dried as this brings out their sweetness, making them the perfect additions to juices and smoothies.
Due to its sharp, distinctive flavour, cranberry juice can also be a great addition to a variety of other products in the food manufacturing industry, such as desserts, salad dressings and some savoury dishes.
Where to buy NFC cranberry juice in bulk?
Kiril Mischeff are proud to be leading suppliers of wholesale NFC juices to the UK food and drinks manufacturing industry.
This cranberry juice is ideal for health-conscious products because it is 100% natural, given that it has undergone minimal processing. We simply press the berries, juice the pulp and then lightly pasteurise this juice to help control the microbiological load. This means it reaches you ready to use and bursting with natural, sweet yet sharp flavour, whilst retaining virtually all the nutritional value of the fresh berries.
What are the health benefits of cranberry juice?
Cranberries have earned their superfood status due to their extremely high antioxidant count. The juice is also rich in several vitamins and minerals including vitamins C, K and E, and minerals manganese and copper. Did you know that just one 150ml serving of cranberry juice counts for 1 of your 5-a-day?
This cranberry juice is not from concentrate, meaning that is less processed than concentrate juice and therefore perceived as being more natural. In an increasingly health-conscious market which obsesses over processed foods and additives, NFC juices typically have the potential to command a higher price point.
What is Brix in cranberry juice?
Brix is an industry standard for measuring the sugar content of a fruit juice. For example, a juice with 1° Brix has one gram of sugar per 100 grams of juice.
Therefore, we use Brix as an indication of sugar levels, and how sweet the product might taste. At Kiril Mischeff, we supply NFC cranberry juice to the food and drinks manufacturing industry at 7° Brix. This makes it a lower sugar option than most other fruit juices.
