How is butternut squash puree made?
Thanks to our continued investment in the latest aseptic technology, we are able to produce purees which preserve all the natural flavour and colour of the squash, while keeping all those vital vitamins and minerals in tact.
It is made simply by washing and peeling the butternut squash, then gently heating it before passing through a sieve for a completely smooth end product.
It can be supplied either aseptic or frozen to suit your usage, and comes in a range of pack sizes and formats.
