Our NFC pomegranate juice is sourced from the the biggest producer of pomegranate in Turkey, grown in a region known as Pomegranate Valley, where hundreds of acres are dedicated to the cultivation of this delicious fruit.
Once harvested, the fruit is simply juiced and then lightly pasteurised, with nothing added or taken away. Entirely natural, it makes a great ingredient for manufacturers developing healthy juices and smoothies, and can also be used in a wide range of foods.

Although NFC juices are less processed and therefore more natural, there is not much difference between NFC and concentrate juices in terms of nutritional value.
However, in an increasingly health-conscious market that is obsessed with natural products, NFC juices are typically considered to be the healthier option and therefore have the potential to command a higher price point.
Brix is a way to measure the sugar content of a juice. For example, a juice with 1° Brix has one gram of sugar per 100 grams.
Therefore, Brix can be used as an indication of sugar levels, and how sweet the product might taste. At Kiril Mischeff, we supply not from concentrate pomegranate juice to the food and drinks manufacturing industry at 11° Brix.
