How is pear aroma made?
Pear aroma is collected during the process that makes pear juice concentrate. Vapours rise from the pear juice during the heating stage, and these vapours are caught as steam then returned to liquid form.
This liquid is then concentrated itself, which helps to reinforce the strength and richness of the scent.
