Glace cherries are the most commonly used form of candied fruit, traditionally used by bakeries and food manufacturers in fruit cakes, or sold as cake decorations.

Our natural candied cherries, sourced in Italy, are supplied whole, while our E163 glace cherry can be supplied whole or broken. The E163 colouring gives this candied cherry a darker ‘Black Forest’ colour.

We can also supply E127 glace cherry halves, which have a brighter red colour.
