What is grape concentrate?
Grape concentrate is grape juice that has been removed of its water content. This results in a thick solution much stronger in flavour than a regular juice – but also much smaller in volume, allowing for easy transportation.
The concentrate can be used in this high-strength state, or mixed with water to restore it to regular strength when it reaches the final processing point.

FAQs
What are the recommended storage conditions for grape juice concentrate?
To preserve the quality of grape juice concentrate, store it in a cool, dry place below 20°C, ideally refrigerated, especially after opening. Keep the concentrate away from direct sunlight and in its original packaging or an airtight container to avoid oxidation. Ensure the storage area has low humidity to prevent moisture accumulation. Following these guidelines will help maintain the concentrate’s flavour, colour, and nutritional value.
