In SeasonKiril Mischeff supplies grape juice concentrate at 65 Brix, with a number of specific named varieties available on request including Merlot, Chardonnay and Muscat.
Grape juice concentrate can be used in the manufacturing of blended fruit drinks and smoothies, and can also be used in sweets, jams, breads and pastries due to its sweetening nature.
It can also be used in pharmaceuticals.

What is grape concentrate?
Grape concentrate is grape juice that has been removed of its water content. This results in a thick solution much stronger in flavour than a regular juice – but also much smaller in volume, allowing for easy transportation.
The concentrate can be used in this high-strength state, or mixed with water to restore it to regular strength when it reaches the final processing point.
